Dear Five-Star Family,

We regret to inform you that in light of the the 9 local cases of COVID-19 in Hong Kong yesterday, we have decided to postpone the Five-Star Summer League until further notice. We live and breathe basketball, but until we can guarantee the safety of our community, basketball will have to wait.

stay tuned for a shortened summer league when this latest third-wave scare has passed! We are deeply saddened by this development, but we are looking forward to hitting the hardwood with you soon!

All practice and games will be held in two time slots:
- 3:30pm - 5:00pm
- 5:00pm - 6:30pm
- 6:30pm - 8:00pm

U17 & U14 games will be held Wednesday and Saturday.

RECRUITING
As Hong Kong basketball elevates its game, the rest of the world takes notice.
​
Multiple coaches and recruiters from US colleges, preparatory and boarding schools will be tuning into U17 Playoffs. Student athletes pursuing a career overseas need to be on their A-game.
How it works
One-month of focused, driven and disciplined basketball. Five-Star Summer League is different from any other summer league offered in Hong Kong. Summers aren't for highlights or stats, summers are made for grinding. Our mission is simple, to make you a better basketball player when the season starts in the Fall.

Summer League is open to individual and team signups. For individual signups, teams will be made and assigned a coach, these teams will hold weekly practices on Monday's and Thursday's to prepare for games. Team practices will not be held for team signups.
​
Each league will play a round robin format for the regular season, taking place July 13 - August 2. U17 & U14 games will take place on Wednesday and Saturday, and U12 & U10 games will take place on Tuesday and Saturday's. With sufficient signups, games may be held on Monday's and Thursday's as well.
​
Playoffs will follow from August 3 - 8. All practices and games will be held in West Island School. All sessions will be held between 3:30 - 8:00pm, either from 3:30 - 5:00pm, 5:00pm - 6:30pm, or 6:30 - 8:00pm.

For interested U17 students, scouting report videos can be compiled upon request to be sent to all coaches and recruiters who will be tuning in to Five-Star Summer League.
